Consequently, we are committed to preventing any anti-competitive conduct in all our activities.All individuals participating in the GPF do so in their personal capacity. The analyses and opinions expressed within the Forum are solely those of the individuals and do not represent the views of their respective employers. Furthermore, we require our members to refrain from discussing the following topics within the Forum:
Drug prices and costs
Production numbers and plans
Industrial capacity or inventory levels
Sales or purchase contracts that have not been publicly announced
Future business strategies
Matters concerning individual customers or suppliers
Employee compensation, benefits, and remuneration
Additionally, members must not engage in or agree to undertake any of the following activities within the Forum:
Fixing sale or purchase prices or other terms
Restricting capacity or output, or limiting quality competition or research
Refraining from supplying a product or service, or dividing markets or customers
Excluding competing companies from a market, blacklisting, or boycotting customers or suppliers
Failure to adhere to these guidelines will result in immediate expulsion from the forum.
